The Operations Department is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team.
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and certified HVAC technician who can perform routine maintenance, repairs, and installations of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, be able to work independently, and possess strong problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities:
• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems, including cleaning filters, checking refrigerant levels, and inspecting system components
• Repair and replace faulty or damaged HVAC components, such as compressors, fan motors, and thermostats
• Install new HVAC systems, including ductwork, vents, and equipment
• Conduct diagnostic tests to identify system problems and determine the most effective course of action
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient and effective operation of the department
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in HVAC technology or related field
• Valid state certification as an HVAC technician
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC repair and maintenance
• Excellent technical skills, including knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year depending on experience
