HVAC Account Growth Professional Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Account Growth Professional to join our team at Star Service of New Orleans. This role involves driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a portfolio of client accounts and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client needs, inquiries, and issues.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and work to upsell additional services.
• Prepare project estimates to provide clients with clear, competitive, and accurate proposals.
You will collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, service) to ensure seamless service delivery. Monitor contract renewals and proactively manage the process to secure continued business.
A successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience in account management, preferably in HVAC, refrigeration, or related Building technical fields. You should also have strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, as well as a high level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
