OtterBase is seeking a Home Appliance Maintenance Expert to join our team. This is a great opportunity to work on a wide range of appliances and develop your technical skills.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:
• Traveling to customers' homes to perform maintenance and repairs on their appliances
• Using company-provided diagnostic tools and safety equipment to diagnose and repair appliances
• Processing paperwork and data entry accurately after each job
• Screening next-day service calls to gather necessary information to diagnose problems before visiting customers' homes
• Meeting or exceeding company performance metrics
Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year experience in a technician role
• Experience repairing major appliances such as refrigeration/sealed systems, ovens, dishwashers, washer and dryers, and AC units
• Ability to properly trouble-shoot, diagnose, repair and document product/system issues
• Experience with power and hand tools, as well as diagnostic test equipment
• Computer and/or tablet skills
• Valid Driver's license in good standing (No DUI's within last 7 years)
• Willingness to obtain appropriate EPA Certification
• Meet physical requirements including lift up to 50 pounds
