Job Description
This industrial refrigeration technician will be responsible for maintaining and operating refrigeration systems, primarily focusing on ammonia refrigeration. The ideal candidate will have experience working in diverse environments and adhering to safety standards (GMP, SQF).
The successful candidate will work in a dynamic team environment and have opportunities for growth based on performance.
Required Qualifications
• 6+ months of recent work experience in industrial maintenance or graduation from an industrial maintenance training program within the last 3 years.
• Ability to operate and maintain ammonia refrigeration systems or willingness to learn.
• Ability to pass a physical exam and pulmonary test, including respirator training.
• Must be able to work in extreme environments and perform physical tasks such as climbing and lifting.
