About the Role
As a HVAC/R Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing new customers by identifying opportunities to sell additional work while exemplifying our code of values by showing respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.
Responsibilities include overseeing the HVAC Service Department, ensuring efficient use of materials, maintaining adequate stock, working with office staff and technicians on collections, and reviewing invoices and daily route sheets.
