Job Title: HVAC Installation Specialist
At KeyCity Capital, we are seeking a skilled HVAC installation specialist to perform installations and repairs of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. The ideal candidate will have the ability to diagnose and repair complex HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
The successful candidate will possess excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail, with strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components. A minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC maintenance and repair is required. Additionally, valid driver's license and clean driving record are necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install and repair complex HVAC systems.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning and replacing filters, lubricating motors, and inspecting components.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field is preferred.
• HVAC certification or licensure is mandatory.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC maintenance and repair is required.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components is essential.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail are necessary.

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
