As an HVAC technician at Johnson Controls, you will be responsible for performing maintenance, repair, and replacement services on commercial heating and cooling systems. You will also have the opportunity to participate in factory certification through our Service Technical Academy (STA) and receive milestone recognition and monetary rewards.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have two years of commercial and/or industrial, mechanical troubleshooting experience in the HVAC industry. You must also be able to commit to a 30-Hour OSHA Certification, which can be completed after hours and on weekends. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, as well as good verbal and written communication skills.
