Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor with expertise in HVAC to join our team at Certified Apartment Staffing. This role is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our properties, ensuring that they meet our high standards.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a maintenance supervisor role, with a strong background in HVAC and CPO certifications. They will be able to effectively manage vendors and contractors, lead a team of service technicians, and ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently.
This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) with a typical schedule of Monday to Friday (8-hour shifts). The salary for this role is estimated to be around $60,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience. Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and train service technicians to ensure efficient completion of maintenance tasks
• Manage daily service requests and maintenance tasks
• Prepare units for occupancy, ensuring they meet our high standards
• Oversee maintenance of pools, spas, fitness, and laundry facilities, where applicable
• Effectively manage vendors and contractors, including bid review and scheduling
• Manage inventory, track service requests, and control budgeting within the maintenance department
Requirements:
• High School Diploma/GED equivalent
• 3-5 years of experience in a maintenance supervisor role
• HVAC and CPO certifications preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
