About the Role
The Anne Arundel Workforce Development Corporation (AAWDC) is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Technician Lead to join our facilities team. In this critical role, you will oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across our locations.
Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of technicians to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of projects.
• Inspect and troubleshoot existing systems to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement energy-efficient solutions to reduce energy consumption.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to design new systems that meet industry standards.
