We are hiring a seasoned HVAC Technician to join our team at Smith & Company Hvac LLC in Crownsville, MD. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating and cooling systems for both residential and commercial clients.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3-4 years of experience in HVAC installation and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for daily travel to job sites.
We offer a competitive salary based on experience, as well as excellent paid health, vision, and dental insurance after 90 days of employment. Paid vacation and sick leave are also provided after one year of service.
