Responsibilities
• Provide expert service to customers to solve building inefficiencies and resolve service-related issues.
• Offer solutions and outcomes at the time of service as a trusted advisor.
• Maintenance, repair, and replacement services on commercial heating and cooling systems.
• Recommendations and solutions to ensure facilities run efficiently, including upselling opportunities.
• Quote support for recommendations and solutions.
Requirements
• A minimum of two years of commercial and/or industrial mechanical troubleshooting experience in the HVAC industry.
• Prior refrigeration experience is required, as this role will specialize in refrigeration.
• Ability to commit to 30-Hour OSHA Certification, completed after hours and weekends upon hire.
• Computer proficiency and good verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Five years of commercial and/or industrial work experience in the HVAC industry.
• Refrigeration Certification is preferred.
• EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification.
Compensation and Benefits
This is a bargaining unit position, with an estimated salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on location and experience.
