Job Summary:
This role is responsible for installing, programming and servicing digital control systems to maintain quality, profitability and customer satisfaction in the Milwaukee area.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install complete building automation systems.
• Test, commission and service controls projects.
• Train customers on controls systems as directed.
• Modify existing programs and troubleshoot to maintain optimum system operation.
• Verify correct system and control sequence operations.
• Review, modify and implement programming changes to ensure efficient system operations and conformance with standards and energy savings.
• Calibrate, repair and replace sensing devices to specifications.
Requirements:
• 2+ years of building automation (BAS/BMS) or HVAC controls experience.
• Ability to work in the field locally at client sites approximately 80% of the time.
• Familiarity with one or more BAS systems such as Schneider Electric, Siemens, JCI, ALC, Trane, Delta Controls, Distech or Honeywell.
