Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Technician to join our team at Elite Sports Clubs. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to work with our state-of-the-art commercial HVAC systems and provide exceptional service to our members and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on commercial HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC equipment and components.
• Repair or replace defective parts and components to restore system functionality.
• Install new commercial HVAC systems and equipment as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Collaborate with other maintenance team members to coordinate repair and maintenance tasks.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• HVAC certification or relevant trade school training.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HVAC Maintenance Technician.
• Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Experience with commercial HVAC systems preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Benefits and Compensation:
$55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance options, 401(k) retirement savings plan, paid time off, and holidays.
