About the Job:
This is a leadership position where you will be responsible for managing teams of engineers and overseeing the design process. You will work closely with other departments to create innovative, energy-efficient designs that meet client requirements. Your extensive experience and expertise will enable you to mentor junior engineers and develop their skills.
Responsibilities:
• Manage teams of engineers and oversee the design process
• Collaborate with other departments to create innovative designs
• Mentor junior engineers and guide their development
• Conduct site visits and lead client meetings to ensure project requirements are met
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required
• At least 10 years of experience in HVAC design across various project sizes and industries
• Proficient in HVAC design software (AutoCAD, Revit, energy modeling tools)
• Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring or supervising engineers
