Drive Success as a Service Sales Representative
We are seeking a highly motivated Service Sales Representative to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing and growing assigned territories and accounts, achieving or exceeding annual sales and gross margin targets.
Salary: $61,213 - $107,122 Annually
About the Role:
You will utilize sales tools effectively to plan and document progress, increasing business opportunities within accounts. Maintain current service agreements while actively pursuing new agreements, generating a high level of activity to feed the sales pipeline and manage opportunities to successfully move them through the sales cycle to close.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and grow assigned territory and group of accounts.
• Achieve or exceed annual sales and gross margin targets.
• Develop long-term relationships and build partnerships with assigned accounts.
• Position Automated Logic (ALC) as the preferred basis of building automation design.
• Perform take-offs and bid projects with the full spectrum of ALC offerings.
• Design project specifications, tailor ALC's proposal to match the building specifications to provide value to the customer, and favorably position Automated Logic.
• Utilize sales tools effectively to plan and document progress as well as increase business opportunities within accounts.
• Maintain current service agreements, while actively pursuing new agreements.
• Generate a high level of activity to feed the sales pipeline and manage opportunities to successfully move them through the sales cycle to close.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with external customers and internal staff to deliver quality results and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Act as customers' advocate.
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ Years of Experience in the HVAC Industry.
• Valid Drivers License.
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Business, Accounting, or related field (Preferred).
• 3+ years of HVAC controls or building automation sales experience (Preferred).
• Experience in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or similar software (Preferred).
• Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills (Preferred).
• Ability to successfully work independently (Preferred).
• Strong interpersonal skills to be able to connect with customers and other employees (Preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications (Preferred).
