A competitive wage of $35 - $45/hour plus bonuses and commissions is offered to our Lead HVAC Installers. ">Job Responsibilities
• Install heating and cooling systems while maintaining communication with clients, team, and the office.
• Work 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday with limited on-call weekend work.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
• S2 or D2 license preferred
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform typical tasks associated with installing heating and cooling systems
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record
• Must complete the Wedge Video Interview to be considered
Having experience installing heating and cooling systems is preferred but not required.
