Job Title: Developmental Technician - Refrigeration and HVAC Maintenance
Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Developmental Technician to join our team at Walmart. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, functionality, and aesthetics of our stores, equipment, and fixtures.
You will be working under the guidance of the local General Maintenance Manager, following established schedules and guidelines, performing inspections, cleaning, and repairs to keep everything running smoothly.

Salary and Benefits:
The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00-$28.00.

Requirements:
To be eligible for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
• Be at least 18 years old
• Have a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Be able to lift up to 50 lbs at a time
• Be comfortable working at heights frequently
• Able to work in various temperatures
• Maintain an excellent driving record
Preferred Qualifications:
While not required, having the following qualifications can be beneficial for this role:
• Type I and Type II Environmental Protection Agency certification for refrigerant handling
• Mechanical maintenance or construction-related field experience for commercial HVAC/R and building controls
