Responsibilities:
• CUSTOMER AND AREA SALES MANAGEMENT: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and increase market share.
• NEW CUSTOMER ACQUISITION: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective networking and relationship-building.
• CUSTOMER SATISFACTION MEASUREMENT: Monitor and improve customer satisfaction through regular feedback and surveys.
• PRICE MANAGEMENT: Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to ensure optimal pricing strategies.
• MARKETING: Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement sales-focused marketing campaigns.
• ACCOUNT PENETRATION: Maximize sales from existing customers through upselling and cross-selling.
• CUSTOMER RETENTION: Foster strong relationships with customers to ensure loyalty and repeat business.
• HIRING AND ON-BOARDING OF NEW SALES ASSOCIATES: Recruit, train, and mentor new sales team members to ensure successful integration.
• CONTINUED ASSESSMENT OF SKILLS AND ADMINISTERING NECESSARY TRAINING: Evaluate team performance and provide training and development opportunities to enhance skills.
• SETTING QUOTAS: Establish and track sales targets to drive revenue growth.
• ACCURATE SALES FORECASTING: Provide accurate sales forecasts to inform business decisions.
• CONSISTENT USE OF TRANE SALES TOOLS AND SYSTEMS: Utilize Trane's sales tools and systems to streamline sales processes and improve efficiency.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering technology, or equivalent required.
• Minimum five years of related experience in sales or sales leadership role within commercial or industrial HVAC/Applied Equipment space required.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
