Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute territory plans to drive sales growth and increase market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer needs.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer behavior to stay ahead of the competition.
• Provide regular sales forecasts and updates to management, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years of documented successful direct sales experience.
• Proven track record of sales growth and achievement of targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary and Benefits
• Competitive salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
