Job Description
This leadership role requires strong project coordination, contract management, and construction management skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Planning and executing the installation of HVAC projects with field install teams.
• Developing and maintaining business relationships with internal and external customers.
• Overseeing and managing commercial construction projects from sale to completion.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must have:
• 5+ years of experience in HVAC construction project management on commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics to understand project specifications.
