About the Position
VandenBerghe Construction is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join their team.
Main Responsibilities:
• Travel to various properties as scheduled
• Determine resident's concerns with their current HVAC system
• Inspect current HVAC systems for effectiveness and safety
• Perform necessary repairs and routine maintenance
Required Skills:
• EPA Certification required
• Proficient with manual and power tools
• Reliable and self-motivated
• Must have own Tools
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Experience with electrical, plumbing, swimming pools, and bi-lingual skills
