About the Role
As an HVAC Field Service Technician at Smardt, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our customers' chillers. You will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining our equipment, as well as interacting with customers to provide guidance on their use and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain Smardt chillers to ensure optimal performance.
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve processes.
Requirements and Qualifications
• Four or more years of experience in HVAC field service, preferably with chiller expertise.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
