Hospital HVAC Systems Specialist Needed
We seek an experienced HVAC Hospitals/OSHPD Assistant Project Manager to support the delivery of advanced HVAC systems in the regulated environments of hospitals and OSHPD (Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development).

Estimated Salary: $95,000 - $115,000 per year
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, and hospital-grade plumbing and piping systems. Proficiency in Bluebeam, Revit, Navisworks, and MS Project is required, along with familiarity with building automation systems like Johnson Controls Metasys, Tridium Niagara, or Schneider Electric.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to plan, organize, and oversee HVAC construction projects for hospital environments, ensuring compliance with OSHPD standards.
• Ensure all installations meet healthcare facility codes, safety requirements, and OSHPD regulations, driving projects toward successful inspections and approvals.
• Assist in monitoring project budgets and timelines, ensuring cost efficiency and on-time delivery of complex mechanical systems.
• Contribute to design reviews and system installations using tools like Revit, Navisworks, and Bluebeam, ensuring accuracy and high-quality outcomes.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• At least 3 years in commercial mechanical construction, directly involved in healthcare projects and OSHPD-regulated environments.
• Proficient in Bluebeam, Revit, Navisworks, and MS Project. Familiarity with building automation systems like Johnson Controls Metasys, Tridium Niagara, or Schneider Electric is advantageous.
• Strong expertise in HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, and hospital-grade plumbing and piping systems.
• Demonstrates a stable and local work history within the Sacramento area or nearby regions.
