HVAC Systems Expert for OSHPD Regulated Environments
Job Summary
We seek an experienced HVAC Systems Expert to join our team as a Mechanical Construction Leader for hospital projects. This role involves overseeing the delivery of complex HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with OSHPD standards and healthcare regulations.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Design and installation process management utilizing software tools such as Revit, Navisworks, and Bluebeam.
• Budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation management to ensure cost efficiency and on-time project delivery.
• Cultivation of strong relationships with contractors, vendors, and healthcare facility representatives to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration.
Qualifications and Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial mechanical construction, focusing on healthcare projects and OSHPD-regulated environments.
• Familiarity with building automation systems such as Johnson Controls Metasys, Tridium Niagara, or Schneider Electric.
Compensation:
$155,000 - $200,000 per year.
