About the Job:
• This project lead role will oversee all aspects of HVAC and clean room construction projects, ensuring delivery on time and within scope and budget.
• The successful candidate will collaborate with engineering teams to interpret designs and resolve HVAC, air flow systems, and clean room filtration challenges.
• They will manage procurement and subcontractor relationships, ensuring alignment with project specifications and timelines.
• In addition, they will monitor project financials, including budgets, forecasts, and cost tracking, to ensure financial health and accountability.
• Maintenance of comprehensive project documentation records, adhering to industry standards, building codes, and safety protocols will be their responsibility.
Requirements:
• A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, construction management, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years in project management within HVAC, clean room, or mechanical construction sectors.
• Expertise with software such as Bluebeam, MS Project, AutoCAD, and Revit is essential.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with clients, contractors, and team members are required.
• Demonstrated local and stable work history in the Sacramento, CA area, with an in-depth understanding of regional industry practices is desired.
