Job Title: HVAC Sales Manager
Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HVAC Sales Manager to join our team at Beutler Air Conditioning and Plumbing. As a Sales Manager, you will lead residential sales strategies for the branch, define, implement, and monitor your sales team's performance.

Responsibilities:
• Meet or exceed monthly performance targets and goals as determined by General Manager
• Drive revenue and conversion for the division
• Act as a trainer and resource to the sales team in branch products, services, and the residential sales processes
• Hire, train, and motivate each sales representative to meet or exceed goals.
• Lead weekly sales meetings to discuss strategy, competitive differentiation, selling skills, etc
• Meet with sales management team weekly to present reports
Qualifications:
• 5 years of in-home sales management experience is required.
• College degree in a technical field or building science is preferred
• HVAC sales experience/knowledge required
• Goal-driven and desire to succeed in a metric-driven environment
• Must have drive and ability to excel in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment
• Strong presentation and customer service skills
• Must have strong ethics and work as an effective, collaborative team member
• Strong relationship management skills with employees and customers
• Strong negotiation skills
• Ability to meet sales quotas and deadlines
• Computer literacy and familiarity with the internet
