Job Description
As an HVAC Service Manager at CALIFORNIA HEATING, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our team, ensuring that all service and maintenance jobs are completed efficiently and effectively. You will also be expected to communicate with customers, resolve technical issues, and supervise a team of skilled technicians.
Salary and Benefits Information
The estimated salary for this position is $130/hour, based on State of California Prevailing Wage projects. In addition to your base salary, you will receive performance bonuses, paid training, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications
• Experience in HVAC management and supervision
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• HVAC controls expertise
• EPA certification
• NATE or NCI certification
• Valid driver's license
