Responsibilities:
• Perform a range of home repair and maintenance tasks, ensuring high-quality results and meeting the expectations of our homeowners.
• Clean and prepare surfaces for repairs and painting, ensuring proper adhesion and a smooth finish.
• Complete general finishing tasks, such as drywall installation, lath work, and texturing, to ensure a pristine appearance.
• Identify and trace sources of roof leaks, making permanent repairs to prevent further damage.
• Source necessary materials and equipment to perform tasks efficiently and effectively.
• Use a variety of power tools and hand tools to complete work safely and efficiently.
