Job Title: HVAC Maintenance Technician III
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced HVAC Maintenance Technician III to join our facilities team at Luminis Health. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and installations of HVAC systems, as well as other mechanical and electrical systems.
You will work closely with our engineering team to identify and resolve issues, and ensure that all systems are running efficiently and effectively. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, fans, air handlers, water heaters, converters, ductwork, and system controls.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and report any hazards or issues.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year.
