Job Overview:

The Industrial HVAC/R Operations Technician will play a vital role in maintaining the efficiency and reliability of our refrigeration systems, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Main Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance tasks on refrigeration equipment, identifying potential issues before they cause downtime.
• Perform repairs and replacements of faulty components, collaborating with colleagues to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of refrigeration systems, including controls, electrical systems, and PC/PLC-based control systems.
• Communicate effectively with facility managers and other stakeholders to resolve operational issues and ensure seamless facility operations.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge of industry best practices.
Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent required; HVAC/R tech school preferred.
• At least 4 years of experience in industrial HVAC/R maintenance, preferably with anhydrous ammonia systems.
• Certifications: RETA Certified Assistant Refrigeration Operator (CARO) and Universal EPA certification.
• Familiarity with automation systems, electrical systems, and building management systems.
