Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Installation Manager to lead our installation team in ensuring the safe and efficient installation of new HVAC equipment, components, and systems in commercial and/or residential settings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and manage installation projects, including scheduling, prioritization, and resource allocation.
• Develop and implement processes to improve installation efficiency, productivity, and quality.
• Lead and motivate the installation team, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure effective production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, service, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of installation projects.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as installation timelines, costs, and customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to drive business growth and profitability.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including installation schedules, technician hours, and material usage.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Requirements:
A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in HVAC installation, with a proven track record of leadership and project management. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with a working knowledge of basic carpentry, gas piping, electricity, and air flow. Journeyman licensure is desired. A valid driver's license is required. Strong supervisory, communications, computer, and mathematical skills are necessary. Experience with P&L, job costing, materials costing, payroll management, and leading a team of 20-30 is required.
Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000 per annum, plus bonus opportunities based on performance.
