Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Residential HVAC Service Expert to join our team at SMV Home Services DBA SMV Air. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential settings throughout the Tampa Bay area.
Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $85,000 per year
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and repair residential split systems, utilizing knowledge of HVAC wiring diagrams
• Participate in on-call rotation if needed, maintaining a strong work ethic and ability to handle physical workload
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, keeping accurate records of activity and submitting required paperwork
Qualifications:
• Must be able to pass a drug test upon hiring and any time during employment (random drug testing with a zero-tolerance policy)
• Hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Possess EPA certification and previous experience in HVAC or a related field
• Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams and ability to handle physical workload
• Strong work ethic required, with initiative, tenacity, and a willingness to take on challenges
• Basic to average proficiency with computers, including Outlook and Internet-based programs, with experience with Field Pulse a plus
