Job Description
In this role, you will work closely with project managers and other team members to design and estimate HVAC systems for new residential construction projects. Your expertise in industry-standard software, such as Wrightsoft and EnergyGuage, will be invaluable in this role.
• Design and size HVAC systems for new residential construction projects
• Prepare ductwork designs and ensure compliance with local codes
• Complete permitting documentation and energy calculations
• Estimate material and labor costs per project
• Maintain accurate records and adapt documentation to reflect onsite construction changes
