The successful candidate will have a competitive salary of $75,000 - $95,000 per year and will be responsible for maintaining the facility through preventive maintenance, assigned maintenance tasks, and testing of fire & life safety features.
Key Responsibilities
• Inspect, test, and perform O&M and preventive maintenance inspections on plumbing, mechanical, electrical, fire & life safety features, and automatic temperature control equipment.
• Oversee and work on fire detection systems and fire suppression systems as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent. Technical degree in HVAC, Plant Operation, or Electrical is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Engineer with intermediate knowledge of HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, electrical equipment, and fire/life safety code.
• CFC Universal certification for safe handling of refrigerants within 90 days of hire.
