The role of the Commercial HVAC Service Technician is critical to ensuring the comfort and safety of occupants within various commercial facilities. About the Job
This position offers a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will work closely with our team to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks and provide emergency services when needed.
Responsibilities
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, including Chillers, Boilers, Cooling Towers, and Commercial HVAC equipment
• Manage and train a team of technicians to ensure optimal building system performance
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in all maintenance operations
• Collaborate with building management and other departments to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks
• Participate in an on-call rotation to provide emergency services
Requirements
• EPA Certification or CFC Universal Refrigerant Card
• 5+ years of experience with Chillers, Boilers, Cooling Towers, and Commercial HVAC Equipment
• 1+ years of experience as a lead technician, supervisor, or manager
• Valid Driver's License
• Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergency calls / "On- Call"
