Job Title:
Test & Balance Technician for Commercial HVAC Industry
Description:
The Test and Balance Technician will be responsible for performing certified testing, adjusting, and balancing of specialized heating and cooling ventilation systems in commercial retail, design build, and public projects.
Responsibilities:
• Certified testing, adjusting, and balancing of HVAC systems
• Building great relationships with clients and team members
• Achieving designed results through adjustments to HVAC apparatus and flow patterns
• Accurate recording of tests and analysis of results
Requirements:
• 2 years of technical experience in HVAC industry or 2-4 year technical degree
• Excellent computer, organizational, and communication/presentation skills
• Strong desire to interface with clients, other trades, and construction members
• Embracing new technologies and business savvy
• Passion for work and aggressive nature to succeed
