Project Manager Position
We are seeking a talented HVAC Project Manager to manage our commercial construction projects in Kansas City, KS/MO. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
Responsibilities:
• Project Leadership: Develop and implement project plans, including scope, budget, timeline, and resource allocation.
• Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and expenditures to ensure timely completion within established financial parameters.
• Risk Management: Identify and assess potential risks and issues, developing mitigation plans to minimize their impact on project outcomes.
Requirements:
• Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
• Tradesman experience may be considered in lieu of bachelor's degree
• Proven experience in project management, specifically in commercial HVAC projects up to $5 million.
Estimated Salary:
$95,000 - $130,000 per year
