We are seeking an experienced Senior HVAC Installer to join our team in the Kansas City Metro area. As a senior member of our commercial HVAC installation team, you will be responsible for leading a crew of installers on new construction jobs, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
• *Responsibilities:
• Lead a crew of 4-5 installers on new construction jobs
• Work with project managers to plan and execute projects efficiently
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Requirements:
• 8+ years of experience in commercial HVAC installation
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compensation:**
Estimated salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience
