Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled HVAC Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects in Kansas City, KS/MO. This role involves coordinating project teams, managing budgets, and ensuring timely project completion.
Responsibilities:
• Project Coordination: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
• Cost Management: Identify and mitigate cost overruns through effective cost control strategies.
• Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain quality control procedures to meet project specifications and industry standards.
Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
• Tradesman experience may be considered in lieu of bachelor's degree
• Proven experience in project management, specifically in commercial HVAC projects up to $5 million.
Estimated Salary:
$90,000 - $125,000 per year
