About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Services Specialist to join our team in Overland Park. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for installing, starting-up, and troubleshooting new replacement HVAC systems in residential settings. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
Requirements
• At least 2 years of experience in residential HVAC installation, preferably with a lead or supervisory role.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A valid driver's license and good driving record, with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in confined spaces.
