As an HVAC Technician/Maintenance Technician with Landmark Realty LLC, you will play a critical role in ensuring the comfort and safety of our residents. You will be responsible for:
• Performing routine maintenance and repairs on heating and cooling systems
• Handling designated work orders and service requests
• Maintaining a clean and orderly shop
• Assisting with maintenance issues
