Job Description: HVAC Team Lead
We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Team Lead to join our team at SSM Health Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital. This role is responsible for supervising and providing guidance to staff in plant operations and maintenance, ensuring that daily plant operation services meet customer expectations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plant operations and maintenance, with experience supervising staff and leading teams. They will be responsible for recruiting and engaging staff as necessary, developing and managing budgets, and participating in strategic planning. Additionally, the HVAC Team Lead will assist in developing policies and procedures that align with department operations and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and provide guidance to staff on a daily basis

• Develop and manage annual capital and operating budgets
• Participate in strategic planning and development
