We are looking for a highly skilled HVAC Construction Estimator Manager to oversee fabrication shop work packages, ensuring a clear grasp of content, including detail drawing review, material take-off, buyout, and man-hour fabrication budget. Job Responsibilities:
• Oversee fabrication shop work packages, ensuring a clear grasp of content, including detail drawing review, material take-off, buyout, and man-hour fabrication budget.
• Collaborate with the Safety Department to analyze, manage, and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Proactively plan, resolve issues, and ensure contractual conditions are met, while working with Senior Project Manager and team for mentorship and training.
Requirements:
• 5+ Years of HVAC Estimating / Project Management Experience: A robust foundation in HVAC and/or Piping estimating and project management is essential.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Diverse Project Portfolio: Showcase your adaptability with demonstrated experience in a variety of project types, including higher education, government, healthcare, industrial, and commercial building projects.
Estimated salary range: $90,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
