About the Job
The Senior HVAC Field Service Manager will lead our team of technicians in installing and servicing HVAC systems and products. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC theory and electrical theory, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for training new associates, coaching and developing existing technicians, and ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards.
