Key Responsibilities
• Safety and Quality: Work safely when performing installations or servicing of HVAC equipment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Technical Expertise: Ensure all work is completed according to manufacturer specifications, with knowledge of HVAC theory and electrical theory.
• Project Management: Premeasure jobs to identify required materials, perform installations, and complete all necessary paperwork.
• Customer Service: Treat customers with respect, report issues to management promptly, and maintain a professional demeanor.
Requirements
• EPA 608 certification.
• Preferred completion of a trade program in an applicable field.
• Working knowledge of HVAC installation, service, and related tools and test instruments.

Work Environment
This position will be based at our Fenton, Missouri store location, working typical hours from Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.
