HVAC Service Leader Position
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Leader to join our team at Recruit4HVAC. As a key member of our commercial HVAC service team, you will be responsible for leading technicians, managing daily operations, and driving business growth.
About the Role
• Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
• Location: St. Louis County (with occasional travel)
• Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Daily scheduling and dispatching technicians
• Organizing all service calls and creating parts lists
• Scheduling repairs and ordering equipment needed for jobs
• Managing gross profit goals for the Service department and customer maintenance agreements
• Using Excel daily for data analysis and reporting
• Supporting technicians with any issues related to service and customers
Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates must have:
• A valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience, including repair and estimating
• St. Louis County Journeyman's License or equivalent
• Management experience, with a focus on leading high-performing teams
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC AA Degree preferred
