Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and maintain strong relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for market penetration and growth.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape to effectively market our offerings.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and share best practices.
Requirements
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the HVAC industry.
• Independent Lead Generation Required
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Experience in upselling or inside sales is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of technology sales or related markets is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new techniques.
