Job Description: As an HVAC Systems Specialist at IR Mechanical, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing complex heating and cooling systems. Your expertise will ensure the efficient operation of our clients' facilities, minimizing downtime and maximizing comfort.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• 3+ years of commercial HVAC maintenance experience
• 7+ years of residential-commercial experience accepted as well
• Must have 25-ton RTU's experience
• Universally EPA Certified
• Ability to troubleshoot HVAC components with built-up systems and package units
• Demonstrated refrigeration and controls experience
• Ability to work as part of a team with a strong sense of teamwork
• Ability to read electronic schematics
• Ability to lift 70 pounds
