HVAC SERVICE MANAGER

We are a premier HVAC service company supporting the maintenance, service and replacement of HVAC systems for residential, multi-family apartments, and commercial clients in the Central Florida area.
We are looking for an experienced hands-on HVAC Service Manager for our Central Florida location. The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience, strong technical abilities, proficiency in sales and recruitment, ability to analyze job profitability and solid estimating skills.
We provide our field technicians a company vehicle, cell phone, and expense.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of commercial/residential HVAC Service Management
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Trade school certification
• Valid Florida driver’s license
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Able to work evenings and weekends, 24/7 on call
• Must be able to pass a drug test and background check

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
Schedule:
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• On call
• Weekends as needed
Supplemental Pay:
• Signing bonus
