About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Estimator to prepare accurate cost estimates for our HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical projects. The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
Location: Remote
Estimated Salary: $65k - $85k yearly
Key Responsibilities
• Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and requirements to develop accurate cost estimates.
• Develop and maintain cost databases for materials, labor, and equipment.
• Present estimates to stakeholders in a clear and professional manner.
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience as a Mechanical Estimator in HVAC, plumbing, or related mechanical trades.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, codes, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
